At the end of August I got a new order (with a short deadline), but this time I didn't worry because I already had a plan. If you have a succesful project, you can carry on the design for further projects, and it has the "hazard" that it can be your trade-mark or whatever... :)
Így történt, hogy a másfél évvel ezelőtti esküvői meghívó, majd az azt követően készített színes, varrott képeslapok után új formában kelt életre a hófehér Curious papír: esküvői album lett belőle.
So this little album was made from the idea of an older work of mine, a wedding invitation card. After that I made a colorful version as well, but this time I used this desing in a new format, I made a minialbum from the snow-white Curious papers.
Tulajdonképpen semmi extra nincs benne, mégis nagyon elegánsra sikeredett. Amit felhasználtam: a fentebb említett nagyon kedvenc papírom, a borítóhoz egy kis sörkarton, vágógéppel készített indák, címkék és a címfelirat, rengeteg virág, félgyöngyök, szalag. Géppel varrtam fel az oldalakra a kacskaringós indákat és egy kis gézzel tettem izgalmassá a felületet.
Anyway, it's nothing special but very elegant. I just used the pearl white reative papers, some cardboards for the cover, die-cut swirls, tags and title, loads of flowers, half pearles and some trim. I attached the swirls with my sewing machine and made the texture interesting with gauze.
Összesen 22 kép fér el az album 6 lapján, ebből 7 már a készítéskor belekerült. Az első oldal ugyanis a megrendelő legjobb barátnő kívánsága szerint tartalmaz két képet a párról még az együttjárás időszakából, az utolsó oldalpáron pedig barátnős képek kaptak helyet. Ez utóbbit egy kicsit élénkebb bulis pink színvilággal is elkülönítettem a szerelmes résztől. A borító belő oldalán egy picike, keményfedeles vendégkönyvet is elhelyeztem, amelybe a barátok, családtagok a jókívánságaikat írhatják.
The album can hide 22 photos, 7 was already put into it. Why? because the album was ordered by a BFF, and she wanted to put some girlfriend-pictures and 2 photos from the time the couple just dated. The friend-pages are decorated with more colorful, pink flowers because of the theme. On the inner side of the cover you can find a tiny, hardcover wedding guestbook.
